These terms govern your use of ai.threadlane.in and any enquiry you send through it. Engagements themselves are governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Threadlane AI Labs & Research, Bengaluru, India. Contact: connect@threadlane.in. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What this site is

The site describes our applied AI research and product work and lets you send a project brief. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to take on work. Descriptions of timelines, capabilities and outcomes are illustrative.

3. Enquiries

• Sending a brief creates no contract and no obligation on either side.
• Please do not send confidential or sensitive information in a first enquiry. If you need an NDA before saying more, say so in the brief and we will send one.
• You confirm that you are entitled to share whatever you send us.

4. Intellectual property

Ours

The site, its copy, design, code and the Threadlane name and marks belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them beyond ordinary browsing without written permission.

Yours

Anything you send remains yours. We use it only to evaluate and respond to your enquiry.

Work we do for clients

Where we go on to work together, our standard position — set out fully in the engagement agreement — is that the client owns the deliverables: model weights, training data, source code and IP created during the engagement transfer to the client, and we do not train shared models on client data.

5. Our products

Products linked from this site (Thread Nimbus, ThreadOPS, ThreadRank, Threadlane) have their own terms and pricing on their own sites. Those terms govern their use, not this page.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or to send unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape or automate submissions to the enquiry form.

7. Availability

We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

8. Third-party links

The site links to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
