Sending a project brief costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. No payment details are collected here.

Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by their signed agreement, which sets out fees, milestones, cancellation notice and any refund on unused pre-paid work. Where those terms conflict with this page, the agreement wins.

Products

• Thread Nimbus — the application is free to download. Paid add-ons are handled on nimbus.threadlane.in under its own terms.
• ThreadRank — the scan is free. If a paid report fails to generate, or is not delivered, we refund it in full.
• ThreadOPS — subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period.

How to ask

Email connect@threadlane.in with what you bought and when. We aim to reply within one working day and to return approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
